Meet Erin

Erin Rudolph is a Registered Dietitian who has over 10 years of experience specializing in eating disorders and disordered eating behaviors. She uses her skills as a clinician to help people finally make peace with food so they can stop dieting and start living.

Erin graduated from Ryerson University with a Bachelor of Applied Science in Nutrition and holds a Masters of Health Science in Nutrition Communication. She completed a Comprehensive Dietetic Internship at the University Health Network in Toronto and has been a member of the College of Dietitians of Ontario since 2012. Erin is passionate about improving people's health, using nutrition as one key element to achieve this. Erin enjoys teaching others how to live a healthy lifestyle while empowering them with nutritional knowledge.

Erin has been working in the field of eating disorders for the past several years and has specialized training in CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy), DBT (Dialectical Behavior Therapy) and MI (Motivational Interviewing). Erin has worked in a hospital based setting in addition to running her own private practice. Erin works with individuals as well as families, providing varied levels of care depending on the needs of her clients.
