Initial meetings will consist of a thorough nutrition assessment to help Erin better understand your unique health goals and nutrition requirements.

personalized MEAL Plans

You will leave your first appointment with a collaboratively constructed meal plan specific to your unique nutrition requirements. Meal plans can be modified in follow-up appointments to help meet individual goals.

 

nutrition COUNSELLING and Education

Erin can provide video, telephone, or in-person nutrition counselling appointments. Erin can work collaboratively with professionals in your circle of care i.e. therapists, physicians to help provide holistic and collaborative client centred care. Follow up appointments may be 30, 45, or 60 minutes in length.

Get to know ME

Erin Rudolph is a Registered Dietitian who has over 10 years of experience specializing in eating disorders and disordered eating behaviours.

Erin has worked at Toronto General Hospital in their Eating Disorders Program in addition to running her own private practice. Erin has completed specialized training in CBT (Cognitive Behavioural Therapy), DBT (Dialectical Behaviour Therapy) and MI (Motivational Interviewing) all of which help her guide her practice. 

Erin graduated from Ryerson University with a Bachelor of Applied Science in Nutrition and holds a Masters of Health Science in Nutrition Communication. She completed a Comprehensive Dietetic Internship at the University Health Network in Toronto and has been a member of the College of Dietitians of Ontario since 2012.
