Erin Rudolph MHSc, RD
Nutrition Counselling Services for Eating Disorders and Healthy Living
Erin Rudolph is a Registered Dietitian specializing in eating disorders and disordered eating behaviours. Erin has over eight years of clinical experience working at Toronto General Hospital in their Eating Disorders Program in addition to running her own private practice. Erin has completed specialized training in CBT (Cognitive Behavioural Therapy), DBT (Dialectical Behaviour Therapy) and MI (Motivational Interviewing) all of which help her guide her practice.
Erin graduated from Ryerson University with a Bachelor of Applied Science in Nutrition and holds a Masters of Health Science in Nutrition Communication. She completed a Comprehensive Dietetic Internship at the University Health Network in Toronto and has been a member of the College of Dietitians of Ontario since 2012.
Initial meetings will consist of a comprehensive nutrition assessment and establishing your unique health goals while developing individualized nutrition requirements.
Personalized Meal Plans
You will leave your first appointment with a collaboratively constructed meal plan specific to your unique nutrition requirements. Meal plans can be modified in follow-up appointments to help meet individual goals.
Nutrition Counselling and Education
Erin currently provides virtual and telephone nutrition counselling appointments. As a client-centred care professional, she is also available to work collaboratively with your circle of care (i.e. therapists, physicians) to provide holistic support. Follow-up appointments can be 30, 45, or 60 minutes in length.
